Welcome! My name is Angie.    Six years ago, I began working with a Pilates instructor who taught me how to    focus on using my mind to control my body from the inside out   . I suddenly felt confident, lean, long and strong without pain. I was convinced that the Pilates method would always be a part of my lifestyle. That experience led me on this journey to    advocate for mind body awareness   .

I suddenly felt confident, lean, long and strong without pain. I was convinced that the Pilates method would always be a part of my lifestyle. That experience led me on this journey to advocate for mind body awareness.

I received my 500-hour comprehensive certification from the internationally renowned     Pilates Sports Center     (PSC) in Encino, CA. For over 17 years, PSC has been devoted to teaching a contemporary approach to Pilates, preserving    original technique while incorporating modern knowledge and principals   . In a 1:1 setting, I learned both the Classical and Progressive approach to Pilates, all in one program.    Like Joseph Pilates, I believe that    physical fitness of the mind and body is the requisite to happiness and wellness   . The benefit of added strength, flexibility and mobility that can be achieved through the Pilates method is invaluable. I incorporate this theme in every session I teach, and    I believe it is the key to a well-balanced healthy lifestyle.
